Christian is a strategic retail expert focused on flagship, mixed use developments within the key CBD and fringe markets of Sydney and Melbourne. Christian’s experience amongst some of Australia’s most notable assets has given him a wealth of market knowledge, tactical experience and industry relationships.
Christian has showcased outcomes across the full spectrum of retail categories, including; premium brands, fashion, entertainment, food & beverage, premium fine dining, service retail, health & wellness, and general merchandise retail brands.

An esteemed Retail Leasing Executive with over 11 years of extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tim has worked with organisations such as Stockland, Westfield, Dexus, Lederer Group, and Charter Hall covering both regional and CBD markets.
With a foundation in specialty retail, people management, strategic planning, retail sales analysis, and commercial real estate negotiations, Tim consistently delivers exceptional results, forging lasting relationships within the industry.
